Once upon a time when there used to be offices, I would often travel from my home base in Toronto to Montreal, generally staying at the same hotel. I usually asked for an upper floor so I could get the best aspect for the shots I always took while there.

The saddest day of the year is the day I put on the winter tires. Which was yesterday. Because here in Ontario, we all know what's coming next....

To frame or not to frame?

This image was taken some time ago in winter. It seemed like a perfect candidate for a white border; sometimes photographs are enhanced by the defining border but other times it doesn't work. This time I think it did, but feel free to comment.
