The Fujifilm cameras are well known for their beautiful and accurate film simulations, but there is a sub-culture within the Fuji owners world dedicated to refining those original simulations even further. One that I am particularly fond of, although not strictly a film emulation, is the Leica Monochrom sim produced by Mark Adams at onecameronelens. These snaps show the range of the Fuji X100V, with Highlights set to +1 and Shadows set to +3. The contrast is just how I like it in a B&W picture.

Wonderful photos!
