This is an image taken in a local conservation area, slowing the shutter so that a flowing river becomes a torrent of water, wearing down the rock that sits in the middle of the deluge. A 5 second exposure at f5.6 using an ND filter.
The art of exposing the same frame more than once, in these cases, twice.
